Yes, the resolution was passed, and Mrs. McDowell Wolff was named the founder of the C of C.

Then, in 1954 till pre 1960, a chapter was opened in Bedford, Virginia under the General William R. Terry UDC #580 known as the Mary Oney Fizer CofC #643. It was later recharted in 2014 by Mrs. Jennifer L. Thomas.
